Jack R. Musgrave Biography

Mr. Musgrave is the Interim Director after having served as the Evaluation and Developmental Center 's Vocational Services Manager since 1985. His qualifications and other relevant professional experiences are as follows:

•  Interim Director of a rehabilitation facility with over thirty staff and graduate students serving over three hundred rehabilitation clients a year

•  Led staff efforts for 2009 stimulus funding award through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act

•  Vocational Services Manager of vocational evaluation, psychological assessment, and community employment programs for twenty-five years

•  Vocational Evaluator completing over five hundred vocational evaluations for sheltered workshop and comprehensive vocational evaluation programs

Sue Plumlee Biography

Ms. Plumlee has been a Chief Rehabilitation Counselor at the Evaluation and Developmental Center since 1988 where she is the overall manager for the Transitional Services program that provides high quality rehabilitation services to a diverse group of primarily severely disabled young adults. Her qualifications and other relevant professional experiences are as follows:

Colleen Kuczynski Biography

Ms. Kuczynski is the Rehabilitation Administration Specialist where she is responsible for administration, and client service entry, including supervision of reception and transportation. She had previously served as the Evaluation and Developmental Center 's Intake Specialist since 1999. Her qualifications and other relevant professional experiences are as follows:
